It's like the only non-droid questgiver on the Fleet. How to Start Republic : Republic players can start the Voss bonus seriesby talking to Lieutenant Randa beside the shuttle they land on the planet on. I think you need to have completed your class story on Voss before the questgiver will have a quest symbol. How to Start Imperial : Imperial players can start the Voss bonus series by talking to Lesi Garahe beside the shuttle they land on the planet on.
